Meet the Team
Bill Henderson
Owner
With over 30 years experience in lawn care, Bill genuinely enjoys what he does for a living. When he was twelve years old, he began a small landscaping business, named Henderson Landscaping in his Havertown neighborhood. His retired neighbor Mr. Keller drove him to each customer’s home to work. Throughout high school and college, he continued to develop his landscaping business. In 2007, Bill decided to pursue his passion of lawn fertilization by transitioning Henderson Landscaping to Henderson Fertilizing. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and having fun in the Poconos riding dirtbikes, fishing, and snowboarding.
Carrie Henderson
Co-Owner
Carrie is a graduate of Penn State University and has been involved in the lawn care business since 2001. She oversees the day to day operations to ensure the business runs smoothly. Carrie is the expert in the office at measuring properties online. She also is in charge of the financials for the company. In her spare time, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, reading on the beach, and watching movie series on Netflix.
Fran McCarry
Lead Lawn Care Tech
Fran is a graduate of Williamson College of the Trades. He has been a very dedicated member of our team since 2013. His strong work ethic and friendly personality has earned him the position of Lead Lawn Care Technician. Fran is an avid fan of the UFC and also enjoys Jiu Jitsu. During his down time, you will find him spending time with his fiancé and their two cats or even writing short stories. Fran also enjoys visiting historical places, such as Gettysburg, for inspiration for his writing.
Phil Plank
Lead Lawn Care Tech
Phil attended West Virginia University, where he also played football. His love of football earned him a coaching position for a local high school football team. For many years, Phil was a co-owner of a Landscaping and Hardscaping business in Delaware County. With years of experience and knowledge in the industry, his transition into lawn care was seamless. Phil is a hardworking and dedicated husband and father to his three children. Outside of work, you will find Phil spending time with his family or smoking his favorite foods in his backyard.
Lauren Williams
Office Manager
Lauren has been a dedicated team member since 2017. She runs the day-to-day operations of our company. You will often find Lauren in the office after hours preparing for the next day. Her hard work and perseverance have earned her the role of office manager. When outside the office, Lauren can be found spending time with her husband and their daughter, or even attending concerts with friends.
Lisa Enriquez
Secretary
Lisa joined the Henderson team in 2019. She plays an important role in scheduling services and answering phones. Lisa’s commitment and hard work has been a great asset to our company. When she isn’t in the office, Lisa spends her time going to concerts, reading and watching documentaries.
Josh Hopkins
Lawn Care Technician
Josh has been a great addition to our team since 2019. He is currently working towards a business degree. During his spare time, Josh is often getting involved in volunteer work. He enjoys cooking and spending time with his friends and family. Josh is always eager to lend a helping hand!
Joe Mallon
Lawn Care Technician
Joe joined our team shortly after he moved back to Pennsylvania from California. His prior experience in lawn care made for an easy decision to bring him on board. When Joe isn’t working, you’ll often find him fishing with his son or lifting weights at a local gym.
Dan DiMichele
Lawn Care Technician
Dan became a member of our team in 2019. He eagerness to learn the lawn care business has made for a great technician. Dan loves listening to classic rock and vacationing in the Caribbean. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends. Some day he hopes to run and own his own business.
Andrew Bendsen
Lawn Care Technician
Andrew joined our team in 2018. After working in the automotive field, he decided it was time for a change. He has worked hard and will often put in extra time if needed. Andrew enjoys playing roller hockey and men’s softball. He is also a devoted Philadelphia Flyers fan.
Adam Gramo
Lead Mosquito Technician
Adam joined the Henderson team in 2020. He quickly became a proficient mosquito and lawn care technician. His attention to detail is second to none and his dedication to the company makes for an incredible asset. In his spare time, Adam enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his friends and family.
Eric Williams
Lawn Care Technician
Eric recently joined the Henderson team as a lawn care technician. His previous job experience as a pest control technician will make for a smooth transition to a lawn care technician. Throughout the interview process he showed his outgoing personality, strong work ethic and communicated his ability to cooperate with other team members. We are excited to have Eric on the Henderson team!
Christian Dinapoli
Mosquito Control Technician
Christian is a graduate of Springfield High School where he played ice hockey for all four years. Through his experience as a hockey player, he learned several qualities we look for in a candidate including dedication, timeliness and teamwork. He has three years experience in the landscaping industry. Throughout the interview process, Christian communicated he focused on his strong work ethic and past work experience. We welcome Christian to the Henderson team and look forward to working with him!
